Zuma & Mbalula speak for the government on corruption http://bit.ly/9AhzWf

He was addressing delegates at the league's KwaZulu-Natal Provincial General Council in Pinetown, west of Durban. Earlier today, President Jacob Zuma reiterated his determination to root out corruption in government departments, warning that more heads would roll as government intensified its campaign to act against corrupt public servants.

Mbalula says if people within the ruling party are found to be involved in corrupt activities action must be taken against them.

Mbalula said: "Those people who are 'tenderpreneurs' that seek to undermine our revolution, they must trample and drown through the arm of the law. They must be arrested.  In our organisation there has never been a clause that says tenders are exclusively for ANC members, it's never been like that".

Meanwhile the ANC has vowed it will deal with rebellious ANC Youth League leaders who drag the party to courts. This was announced by Mbalula at the KZN youth league's provincial general council.

This comes after the ANC Youth League leader in the Eastern Cape resolved to take the youth league leadership to court. Eastern Cape leaders were protesting their dissolution by the national executive of the ANC Youth League.
